Schmid Stiftung working at subject:RESOUL

June 6, 2018 — Lars Förster

The non-profit Schmid Stiftung, partner organization of the Instituts für systemische Beratung in Wiesloch, has been committed to humane business practices since 2011.

It offers small and large public-benefit organizations position-finding and concrete advice on organizational development issues. In the past, these have included Welthungerhilfe, one of the largest private aid organizations in Germany, Uplift-Aufwind e. V., which is committed to helping children in Kyrgyzstan, Klangforum Heidelberg, which is dedicated to promoting contemporary music, and Alte Feuerwache, a cultural center in Mannheim.

We think this is a great thing that Susanne Ebert, Dagmar Solf, and Uta Mielisch from the foundation, among others, are steering and shaping with a lot of heart and soul!

And that is why Ewa, Nele and I - all of us emotionally connected to the isb through our training - are participating in this meaningful concept together with Antje Wilmink, Knut Diekmann, Dorothee Adolph, and Ludwig Kannicht with great pleasure as Berlin dialogue partners. We think that fits incredibly well with our Purpose!

In this respect, we are very pleased to host an organizational development workshop in our Berlin office for the second time in June and to organize the day together with the partner organization!
