Soulful organisations are organisations where people together tackle relevant challenges with an attitude of openness and honesty. Modern organisational structures help to make this standard. In certain moments people drop their "organisational masks" and come closer to each other. That is the basis for working on the really relevant issues. Working on such issues can create a momentum that is the beginning of a whole new chapter for the organisation. It is my purpose to help individuals and organisations learning to love that powerful way of working. To facilitate that I always bring in my attitude, proven settings, and the right structures.


Experience
15 years of experience in consulting teams and managers of all kinds of organisations. Main focus: effective leadership, meaningful work. 7 years in a big HR consultancy. Books on leadership and consulting. 2011 founder of Förster und Netzwerk. 6 years of cooperation with isb Wiesloch. Since 2010 proud dad of - as is now - three kids.

Education
Business degree with focus on organisation and leadership (FU-Berlin, Lincoln University NZL), extra 2 year degree in systemic change processes, Institute for systemic counselling, Wiesloch; Outdoor Instructor (Outward Bound Canada). Certified staRHlord (Resourceful Humans).
