With many years of experience, we use an extensive range of tools from systemic organizational consulting, sociocracy and holacracy, agile working methods and design thinking. With the organizational development model we have developed, we work with you to provide orientation and guidance for your projects.

Objective

When working with an organization, we always look at our six elements of SOUL, because we think they are at the core - you could say the heart - of finding solutions. You can use our SOUL:canvas to analyze the status quo.

Enablement

The central circle describes the project phases in which one or more working groups are engaged in developing and implementing prototypes that contribute to the development of the organization.

Navigation

The four external steering elements in our model represent all the formats in which the project leaders and decision makers are involved. They provide the overall framework for the project.

 
 
In a complex and accelerated world, central planning and control is increasingly becoming an illusion. We help to establish more self-organization and thus give responsibility to where it is needed and can become effective. This makes operational problem solving and design better in terms of content and much more adaptable.

We are trained to implement sociocracy and can help you to structure your organization completely sociocratically or to integrate single methods individually and adapt them to the existing "operating system" of your organization. This usually results in a greater sense of responsibility and community.

We observe that structures and roles are often built around existing people or departments. This does not always lead to the highest organizational effectiveness.

We help to bundle tasks into meaningful roles, design efficient interfaces and agree on clearly defined domains (scope for action) of teams and roles.

The structure of the organization should support the core processes. You could say 'form follows function'. Let's look at it together.

What is the DNA of the people in your company? What values or manners have shaped you and are still noticeable and visible in many places? Is there a way of thinking, acting and speaking that is typical for the members of your organization?

It is a very rewarding process to think about the culture and values of the people in the whole organization and what actually unites everyone. This creates identity and supports interaction with each other in a way that is also conducive to fulfilling one's purpose. Especially as a leader, everything you do or don't do and everything you say or don't say has an impact on the culture.

There are moments when teams should pause and take time for themselves, far away from the daily routine. It's about looking back at the joint cooperation and deriving insights for the future.

The question is: What can we do for each other to make us successful and satisfied? What is the role of each of us and where do we focus our energy?

We help you to really get in touch with each other and open up spaces for you to think together.

We are experienced facilitators for challenging situations. Internally, we use consent facilitation for our meetings, a method from sociocracy for decision-making in groups. The method is strongly oriented towards equality of all participants and strengthens the influence of everyone as opposed to the influence of only a few people.

It's not about finding a solution that everyone agrees with, but rather a solution that works and that no one has a serious objection to. If you want to find a way with your team that makes everyone think even more in terms of the group result and decisions can be made faster and with more commitment, then we would be happy to show you how it works.

Coming from the direction of sociocracy and consenst facilitation (see above), we see conflicts as potentials that have not yet been released and as impulses and opportunities for further development. Tensions are always helpful because they usually reveal an issue whose clarification will enrich the group. Even if these tensions are sometimes diffuse and unspecific at first, we always see them as an indicator that the group is active.

We can help you to face conflicts with a positive attitude and courage, and to resolve them using a good structure.

Once you have defined your purpose, you need a good plan to align your daily actions with it. We ourselves are working with an OKR process (Objectives & Key Results), especially since we - like many others - have made the experience that orientation on the purpose and possibly on (multi-)annual goals alone is not enough for us to set the right priorities in our business. We work with adjustment loops during the year and have become more agile in our actions as a result.

This implementation strategy works well for us and we are happy to help you work this way too.

Leadership and cooperation are more successful the more everyone finds a common answer to the question „What's all this for?" This is what we firmly believe and what we experience in our organization. Our Purpose is:

We accompany you with coaching processes, trainings and development programmes - on-site, virtually or asynchronously with individual learning nuggets. So that you can learn new things to be more satisfied and successful! 

 
We are trained and certified coaches with a systemic-humanistic background. We have many years of experience in coaching managers at all levels, experts and project managers or SCRUM Masters and Agile Coaches.

We help people in positions of responsibility to define and clarify their (leadership) role, to look at decisions from several perspectives, to deal well with pressure and motivation and to always follow their own heart and purpose. We give feedback, show techniques and methods and create a safe space for trying things out and learning. We give impulses, confront benevolently and accompany you as partners at eye level.

We think coaching and training is helping people to help themselves. To make this possible we use effective and inspiring didactics and methods with the highest standards.

We are experts in the design of learning spaces, e.g. when it comes to training competences such as "giving good feedback" or "clarifying conflicts". On the one hand, our aim is to ensure that the content is theoretically and thus scientifically sound. On the other hand, it is important to us to convey the topics in a practical and inspiring way and to always focus on the immediate application by the participants.

We work with behavioural experiments and want to motivate our participants to try things out, reflect on them and discuss them with others outside the workshop.

In addition to the classic workshop format on site, we provide impulses, for example, with video lessons, with collectively used Miro boards, with classic transfer books or even with an app for daily "nudging".

We design a customised training for you on a specific topic or even long-term and multi-module development programmes, whose effectiveness for a desired change in the organization is of course much higher.

We not only design training (programmes) ourselves, but also qualify others to do so. We help you to find the right people internally for the role of trainer and to introduce them step by step to independent knowledge transfer. This doesn't happen overnight and requires work on the part of the prospective trainers. Provided that this is the case, it is a lot of fun to talk to the trainers about their own attitudes, how to prepare content with sensible didactics or how to deal with challenging participants and training situations.

We create a safe space for trying things out, in which there is benevolent and at the same time open feedback, which should motivate our trainers to grow!

The last few years have led to a significant increase in the acceptance of virtual trainings and the advantages have also become visible: No need to travel, easy integration into a wide variety of workflows and daily schedules, fruitful use of digital collaboration tools such as Miro or Loom, collaboration across countries and time zones.

We have very early and successfully transferred and expanded our tried and tested face2face formats into digital alternatives, so that even without pandemic conditions we will definitely no longer resign from virtually conducted workshops and trainings.
