I see myself in the role of a facilitator. In this role, I create conditions and open up spaces in which people can connect with themselves and others. Because real development does not come about through control or “repair,” but through radical trust in the developmental power of the other person.

A soulful organization is a place where people can show themselves and be authentic because their legitimacy is recognized unconditionally. This deep respect creates the necessary space for personal growth, shared responsibility, and alignment with a common evolutionary purpose.

I see myself here in the role of an enabler. In doing so, I create conditions and open spaces in which people can resonate with themselves and others. Because real development does not come about through control or “repair,” but through radical trust in the developmental power of the other person.
