15+ years of professional experience as personnel developer in an insurance group - during that time responsible for recruiting, HR and organizational development with a focus on leadership development, development programs with career coaching, designing and delivering workshops and trainings as well as various HR and change projects.

Education

  • Graduate psychologist with additional certification in industrial, business and organizational psychology and minor in business studies

  • Two-year continuing education at isb Wiesloch with focus on systemic coaching, team development and organizational consulting as well as continuing education for career coaching

  • Curriculum with focus on process support and change management (Contrain GmbH)

  • Training as Blended Learning Consultant (Bildungsinnovatoren)

  • Certification Scrum Master (Boris Gloger)

  • Advanced training in coaching and diagnostic tools (e. g. BIP and BIP 6F, Reiss Profile, Gallup Strength Finder) as well as Agile HR and systemic change and process support
