I aim at helping organisations to develop, with heart and mind. Doing that I focus on what is crucial in organisations: its people. 
I would describe my role as an initiator, companion, and supporter, so that people in organisations can reach their full potential. For me, a meaningful workplace is: a place where people can flourish and contribute with all their resources – while having fun and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Economic and individual objectives – change and joy – self-actualisation and business success are not contradictions, but the factors that will define the successful companies of the future. Helping developing these, I love to contribute with my experienced curiosity; my energetic ease; and my ironic seriousness. I am looking forward to meeting you!
