Globalisation, digitalisation, demographic change and war for talent present enormous challenges for companies of all sizes. The world is changing – organisational agility is needed, but in order tob e innovative and successfull, companies must also change internally!
Flexibility, freedom and an appreciative, open company culture with a focus on "talent, transparency and participation" are in my opinion essential cornerstones.

In my perspective, the goal of any company should be to identify the best talent in the market, to attract, develop and retain them – and in doing so, being experimental and open. I would love to support you in this journey! Through my professional experience in HR / talent management, as well as my scientific know-how based on my university education and research, I can proficiently advise you on these topics.

My passion is HR, international topics and multicultural settings - my vice is soulfood (I love good food and dessert!).
