I would describe my role as building bridges; being a guide along the way; and being the necessary voice and facilitator.
What really motivates me –throughout all the years as a manager, project manager, consultant, and coach– is the passion and excitement of people for what they are doing. It is my goal to build organisations where this passion can become the standard; where people love their task because they identify so much with it. I want to create working environments that foster responsibility and purpose as they combine facts-logic (formal processes, decisions, strategies) and psycho-logic (being in contact with oneself and others). Where people put in their heart and soul to create common success stories.

Since 2000 experience as manager, project manager, consultant, trainer, and coach. 8 years Head of production and other management responsibilities at Gillette Germany / Procter & Gamble; 4 years internal coordination of continuous improvement processes, Six Sigma, and shopfloor management at profine GmbH
Since 2014 consultant and coach for implementation of team-based work and leadership development with GITTA mbH, with RWTH Aachen, and subject:RESOUL / Förster & Netzwerk.
Since 2002 experience in managing the stretch of being the working mom of a wonderful daughter.
