I am convinced that wellbeing at work is essential for a corporate culture, in which people can flourish and perform at their maximum. In this context, I believe that self-management (in the sense of a good selfcare) is nowadays one of the key competences in order to be happy, successful and resilient.

If we manage to bring the thoughts of Positive Psychology, the “Science of Wellbeing”, into the corporate world, a new culture of leadership, a new culture of collaboration and a new mindset of each individual will emerge. I want to help create this kind of change in corporate cultures.
