We manage subject:RESOUL – and before that Förster und Netzwerk – since 2011 based on trust and with the goal to be a laboratory for next generation collaboration. In 2017 we adapted Sociocratic structures and we use agile frameworks like Kanban and Scrum in our project management. We discuss income and salary transparently, and jointly define our consulting capacity at the beginning of the year.
And we will keep on experimenting.
