When developing organisations, teams or individuals I understand myself as “clarity aid worker“ in complex and complicated situations and as a “supporter” in developing action alternatives. I use a very action oriented approach that allows for immediately experiencing e.g. a change idea and it’s consequences in scenic sequences. Hereby options of choice and action are enlarged, (role)flexibility and (role)competencies are enhanced and the sustainability of a change is increased.
Kay Kleine holds a university degree as a PE teacher and training scientist with a main focus on performance psychology. He worked first as a player and later as a trainer and performance psychology oriented coach within the context of competitive sports (Volleyball Bundesliga and Regional League).
He worked as a speaker and lecturer on team development, personality and performance development in competitive sports and discovered connections to the challenges in companies and businesses.
He was hired as a freelance consultant for designing and implementing team development measures and trainings on analysis of potential, performance review and holding development meetings.
At the same time, Kay Kleine constantly enhanced his action know-how and reflected his work. He holds various qualifications such as a training in group dynamics and a psychotherapy qualification based on depth psychology. Further he holds qualifications in organisational psychology, management coaching, personality and team diagnostic procedures (Lifo, Belbin, Sociometrics), sociograms, improvisation theatre and company theatre.
In the meantime, Kay Kleine let Kienbaum Management Consultants make use of his expertise. For a long time now, his experience and his knowledge are being used in university education – he works as a lecturer for training coaches and consultants. Next to his own business, Kay Kleine has been active as a networker for subject:RESOUL / Förster und Netzwerk.
